Recently renovated studio apartments, located just steps from the Giannella beach, between PINE FOREST and TYRRHENIAN SEA, in a quiet residential area. Here the sea is not nearby: it is part of your day. Open the door and you are practically on the sand.
Ideal for 2 or 3 guests, they can be located on the ground floor or first floor of the building and offer a SIMPLE AND FUNCTIONAL SPACE with double bed (some with a third bed), bathroom with shower, air conditioning and kitchenette. Outside, a FURNISHED COMMON AREA to relax.
